Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When a client doesn’t show up without notice, it affects my schedule and other clients who could’ve booked that spot. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a 100 % no-show fee of the total service cost will be charged to the card on file. This fee must be paid before rebooking any future appointments. After two no-shows, future appointments may be declined.
